Let Your Tears Fall

If you don't let your guard down,

How will your tears fall?

And if your tears do not fall,

How will your heart open?

And if you do not open your heart, how will you experience all of the beauty your life has to offer?

The truth is that your tears want to fall. They want to let go. They want to forgive themselves. They are expressing. They are alive. That's why we feel them so deeply. Do not wipe your tears away.

The Mayan's believe that tumors are fossilized tears. Never would one think wisely of holding on to one's excrement out of fear. We must allow the processes of our life to pass through us. The firmer the grip, the more quickly the muscles tire. When you set it free, you're setting yourself free. Freedom is our nature.

Does the heart pump blood or does it spiral blood? Does the Cosmos pump or spin? Water is life and you are made of water. So shift into your heart center, soft gaze, firm feet. Standing or sitting up straight, shoulders back, heart forward. Breathe deeply. Feel into the river of your own precious heart. This is an invitation for you to cry, so that your visions return to you, so that you remember your soul's purpose, so that you may find your way.

Many things happen when it rains. This is a process of cleansing and release. This is a process of restoration.

Embracing this release would never weaken any part of us. First and foremost, this life is a very biological process. The processes of the body are not designed to create unnecessary damage but, more often than not, to repair.

Surrender gracefully, my dear friend; purification is an essence of this life experience. Grieve your losses. Grieve your gifts. Celebrate this creation. We are all facing eternity. May our tears fall together.
